How Do I Know What Business Entity is best for my 10DLC Campaigns?

There are a variety of 10DLC Business entities to pick from, this article is meant to help in making the best decision for your needs. The most common use cases consist of: Sole Proprietorship, Standard Campaigns and Hosted Standard Campaigns.

Entity Type	Business Use Case	Requirements/Notes
Sole Proprietorship	This is great for lower volume campaigns that are less than 2k messages / day, where the owner might not have an EIN.	Cannot exceed 2k messages per day. Does not require brand registration. Discounted Pricing
Standard Campaign	This option works well for higher volume campaigns that might exceed 2k messages per day, where the owner wants to build and maintain their brand within 'The Campaign Registry'.	The owner must register and maintain their own brand/campaign within The Campaign Registry. Voxox will not be responsible for any maintenance or content changes. Voxox will act as the vendor, providing in/out messaging. Voxox does not provide the ability to submit any changes to the brand/campaign, as this must be handled by the CSP (see hosted solution for the turn-key option)
Standard Campaign (Hosted) (Recommended)	This option works great for higher volume campaigns that might exceed 2k messages per day. Voxox acts as the Campaign Service Provider (CSP) and will provide a turn-key solution that maintains the brand as well as the campaign content.	Voxox acts as the CSP and handles the brand registration, as well as assisting with building out the campaign content within The Campaign Registry. Voxox will provide customers with the ability to submit campaign content changes. Voxox will provide support for any issues with brand registration or campaign content.
