      VOXOX offers 10DLC, Toll-Free, and Shortcode options for USA messaging. All options are capable of delivering reliable SMS to your users.

      10DLC Messaging (10 digit Long Code)

      10DLC is a new way to deliver messages into the US using local numbers. The throughput is similar to toll-free and the brand and campaign content must first be registered with VOXOX through the industry ‘Campaign Registry’ before being sent.

        Toll-Free Messaging

        The Toll-Free option is available for the USA and Canada and uses Toll-Free numbers to send messages (IE: 1800, 1877, etc). Throughput for toll-free is similar to 10DLC.

        Requirements:

        • All traffic is Opt-In only

        • Campaigns must be registered with Voxox

        • Brand and content are restricted to a single Sender ID consistent with the campaign filed

        • Supporting SMS Terms and Conditions are provided

        • The opt-Out path is defined and functional

        Short Code Messaging

        Short Code messaging services are available for the US and Canada. Throughput is very high when the campaign approval process is complete.
